Wish they compensate the driver for getting a trip.request that never gets completed because the restaurant handed the order to another driver. Instead no compensation for wasted gas time and gas is given. Drivers can't pit that money blown back into their pocket.
Uber is starting to over charge for rides they don’t refund you your money uber eats will tell you even if you put the wrong address in you still paying $20 cause they already accepted the order why am I paying for something I’m not getting! And half these drivers are rude but we take the penalty for it uber is stealing money from people!!
I'm sick of ordering a uber and it'll get down to 10 minutes or so and then it'll be canceled and go to someone else.This is why they need a customer service number.We are paying a lot of money for shitty service
