Went here for the 1st time after a recommendation from my fiance who had been seeing a different staff member for more than 10yrs. When I arrived I was told my appointment had been changed and I wasn't seeing the person I booked with. When I met with Noel he joked and made light of both my 1st and last name. He then made fun of my profession. Never asked if I wanted the fee deducted from my return and just said I had to "pay me now". Went to this office to get tax done. The lady accountant ( jolanda ) was completly dismissive and stated “ I don’t do paperwork” and would not put through deductibles that are obviously part of work. Did not ask any questions and was more concerned about picking up her cat instead of doing her job. This is the first time we used this lady accountant and she was rubbish. I have used Erica before and she was great. If you are planning on using this tax service stick with Erica only. Otherwise go someone else.
