The most horrible person we have ever worked with. They are double charging my mothers account. Rude awful people. Please inform all you can not to use this company, Despised by the State of Indiana and the Social Security office.
Very Disrespectful! They would not help my brother with any of his needs. All they wanted was the money. When I tried to help my brother, they said that they would charge me with trespassing. Also when I try to resolve an issue on behalf of my brother, they pick up the phone and hang up on me when I call. They like to break up families so they can use disabled people's money. Be very wary of this company. Do your homework and check their reviews, contact local authorities and just be very careful. There is an on-going investigation with the Indiana State Police and several law firms in Terre Haute have cases against this company and some of its employees. If I could give it negative stars, it would be about a negative one-thousand.
