The staff at Personal Rehabilitation Center in New Castle are some of the hardest working and compassionate folks I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I injured both my legs in a farming incident and they helped me get back on my feet again, all while being patient with me and my slow recovery process. I know it must be hard being a mom and pop rehab center without the big hospital level of funds, and I wish them nothing but the best in their future. May God Bless the staff at PRC in New Castle.
I felt really put off by the way they schedule all over the place and no consistency on follow up on reminders then the stiff fees you pay when your schedule is messed up and you don’t get there. Don’t go if you are really a sick person, no flexibility or compassion for the person when it comes to their money.
this places billing is a JOKE! no will call you back to review the bill that they sent after i paid for the service on the agreed amount that they told before ever going in.. now they want more money and will not call me back to talk about this charge.... i would find somewhere else that has better customer service then this place...
Coby is a fantastic Physical Therapist. 11 years after a hip replacement I needed a tune up!! He helped me with my alinement of my hips and worked with me on strength training. He was a great help. Other staff were top too notch too! I highly recommend Coby and PRC.
