Laura,the beautiful owner of Personal Pizazz is kind, extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping you to find the perfect gift for yourself or someone special. The quality of her merchandise is the best in the East Bay and you will find unique and one-of- a- kind items here. Everything from scarfs,to jewelry and clothes for both men and women. Personal Pizazz is the best. Whatever you buy there will be wonderful!
I'm afraid I would be very hesitant to step foot in this store again. I am new to the neighborhood and was drawn into the store. Zero greeting from employee, was treated like I was unwelcome, and I got zero goodbye or thanks for coming. It was not a warm or comfortable experience. I guess I was not the kind of customer she wanted.

This is a welcoming place to shop - the owner has incredible skills as a buyer. My most loved wardrobe items are from Personal Pizazz including for business, dress occasions, and leisure. Always classic, but up to date styles and high end brands. Been shopping there for a decade. Head and shoulders above other Berkeley clothing stores.
