My husband and I have been customers of Rachel and her staff for several years. We love the professional but personal treatment we receive. Rachel is very knowledgeable and honest. She will let you know what looks good and what doesn't. She has never steered us wrong and we've always been very happy with the choice she's helped us make.
Nice staff. Only thing that would make this place better is a few hours outside of weekdays 9-5. Impossible for those working day hours to get there
Personal Optical is fantastic! I had seen Rachel on CHCH doing her thing and was quite impressed by her. So after 30yrs it was time for new glasses and she was the only one I was entrusting with this mission. Rachel and her team are incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable.
