Tripped on the loose carpet going up the stairs in the guest house near the landing area on the second floor of the building. Carpet wasn't secured at all, just loose and rucked up badly, trip hazard for guests paying good money for accommodation. Went down on my knees hard. Guest house staff took my number but that was it. They visited my place and got me compensated.
