Miss Tinoco was very unprofessional and screwed our case over. We had a deposition and Miss Tinoco was missing more than half of our medical bills which in Turn got us a low offer settlement in which she told us we didn’t have a choice whether to accept or not. She also spoke about missing her husband and crying before coming in to the deposition which I feel as though she should have rescheduled or missed it all together if her head wasn’t completely in the game.
