Everything was going great until I saw a hard inquiry before I even ask them to run my credit. Ask them to do a soft pull to see amount I could be approved for. Was ran before I gave approval.
Absolutely horrible company to deal with I had called their customer service line to update my automatic payment information and they assured me it was all good to go, and when time came for the money to be pulled out of my account, they pulled it out of the wrong account resulting in an overdraft fee and when I went into the local branch to talk to them, they said what we have no record that you attempted to do this so the overdraft fee is your responsibility, not ours and there’s nothing we are going to do to help you beca... read more
