According to my mom, who is the customer being financed by this company, she was Strong Armes into the additional purchase. She is saying that she told the Salesman that all she wanted to buy was a queen size mattress set, that was all. She is also saying that she was repeatedly told the Salesman that she was not interested in purchasing a TV Stand, which she was charged for.
