Megan is a wonderful Mariner representative. She is professional, most helpful and efficient. The Mokena branch supplied great customer service. The loan process was seamless.
Was contacted by Megan, and told to send over information which I did. Called in to make sure she received everything, and Evelyn answered and checked the application and told me to over more information that didn't go thru the first time. I must say Megan started out very nice and professional, but Evelyn was a little rough around the edges. She acted as if I was getting on her nerves by calling Megan to check in things.
