Very informative about the rates and what you are signing. They spoke to me to where I understood everything perfectly and made sure I was comfortable with the terms of the loan. The staff was extremely hospitable and very professional ,but still kept the room open for a little humor. I will always recommend PFC to any of my friends and family.
