Sharla Rountree is incompetent. We have/had an Annunity/Life Insurance policy with her for many years. We had to change banks so contacted her to ask how to do it and she said she was no longer our representative even though our statement said she was. When the Life Insurance Company contacted her she did not respond to them so we didn’t receive our annual payment.
