She explained how massage therapy shouldn’t be seen as a luxury, but rather as essential maintenance for our bodies, and I couldn’t agree more. My work keeps me on my feet for long hours and demands a lot physically, so taking care of my body is non-negotiable. Regina truly understands that. First time working with Regina at Personal Best Massage today. I'm always a bit nervous going to someone new. Regina's space is adorable and comfortable. She was on-time getting started and the pre-appointment questionnaire she had sent meant we didn't need to cut into my therapy time :0) She asked a few follow up questions and we began. She chatted when I spoke, and was quiet when I was. It was great and I'll be back soon! I recommend Regina without hesitation!
