Love the rapid weight loss and the motivation from the health coaches!
I've been on the plan for a year and I Love it. It’s enlightening to talk with people going through the same thing I am. Hearing how they deal with situations opens my mind to struggles I face also. Great Plan!
This is a super easy plan that teaches healthy lifestyle/eating choices with group coaching support, and a side benefit of also losing weight. I consider this a plan for learning how to make better and healthier choices vs. a diet.... it is just so much more than a diet.
