In regards to the limo it was great and showed up on time. In regards to the management and business ethics of Person to Person limo I would not recommend this service to anyone. I scheduled the reservation of this limo service in May of 2011 and when I made the reservation I gave them my credit card number so that I could pay for the limo upfront in one lump sum. DO NOT use this company!! Did not show up on my wedding night!!! rude employees!!! I call to complain and they say we will have to talk to the owner. If I dont get my money back they will be seeing me in small claims court!
Horrible service, no return phone calls, called at 1230am that the limo broke down and didnt know when they could pick us up. Party had to pay for seperate cab ride homes. Still charged me $500 !!!!!
We use limos on a regular basis and I must say I feel this company is the best in town. When you make your initial contact you feel a personal connection to the person on the other end. I had nothing but good experiences with this company and their prices are great!!!
