Who is this place? I didnt sign anything with them and they keep trying to sue me for a debt I know nothing about. How is this even legal???
If they try to take you to court just go. Dispute the debt you didn’t sign on the debt with them so they won’t have the original paperwork. Again just go to the court date otherwise the judge will automatically allow them to garnish your wages. Go dispute it in court and make them present the paperwork stating you signed on a debt with them.
Thieves and liars! They never sent me proof of this debt and I'm trying to figure out what debt do I owe $5,000 to...NONE. Got a letter from courts stating they won and for me to pay them...wth! I'd haven't received a prior court date for this or anything. They need to be shut down ASAP! Update Dec 23.24: I have filed Appeal to that judgement approved in Houston Texas. Idk who you guys are but I’m going to find out very soon. You had my bank release funds to you guys and I have no clue of what’s going on. I’ve been calling since MIKE J ADAMS. HAD THEM TO COLLECT THE FUNDS. You haven’t answered my calls & etc… I have zero court papers, zero calls from you. Trust me you will not get away with this. Reading all of these reviews you guys been doing this. Well it stops with me WATCH!
