When they're actually open, this is a great store, but I think I've driven the nearly 40 minutes to shop here for them not to be open for the last time.
I was looking forward to visit this shop for months as a work trip brought me to the area. The initial staff member was friendly but seemed cautious as I am a male stitcher. After the owner got off the phone being extremely rude to a customer, she turned to me and said “What do YOU need?” She was extremely short with me and very off putting. Was excited when work brought me to Indianapolis to check out this store but the hours posted online aren’t correct and the store was closed when I stopped by.
As a beginner needle pointer, the lady working was not helpful at all and made me feel stupid for asking questions. She was very rude, I will not be going back.
My cousin and I visited today and the owner and other associate were incredibly helpful and kind! Will be back.
