They lost all my wedding gifts and was telling me that someone came by to pick them up but couldn’t tell me a name of who got them. After 2 hours of me and my mom getting really upset with them and saying that nobody has picked them up from our friends or family, they looked in the back again and found all my gifts wrapped and gift cards with my name on everything. Beautiful inventory but service needs major improvement. I have taken the time to express my concerns but still no changes months later. I guess it is because they have the local rights to those vendors, so service doesn’t matter very much. Such a great business opportunity…
