We ordered beautiful Persian tiles from this company (we’re in California, USA) and couldn’t be happier! Not recommended !! I am not happy with the service. I bought an skirt from them which was not the correct size. I returned it for an exchange with the next day express delivery. Have not received any confirmation email. I tried to contact them via watsapp and 10 days ago they messaged me that they have recived it and shipped a new size back. Yet, im still waiting for my purchase and not able to get a reply about my order or tracking number!!!Â
The DAF I purchased is absolutely beautiful. They responded quickly and made sure I got what I asked for. The shipping was so fast coming from Europe, I was so surprised. The package also included a nice small gift which I so appreciated, it was very thoughtful and sweet. I appreciate you for taking care of my order so professionally and quick.
