Used to be a good deal. Now it's expensive
Rude cashiers. Terrible customer service. I put up with it for a while, but today was it for me. Never going back to this store.
I used to live near their Marine Drive location which had a lot more options, more organized and friendly staff. The lonsdale location also keeps putting cheap price labels under items in shelves compared to what you see on the receipt. In the last 2 months, I’ve had 3 instances where they charged me more than they advertised an item for. I didn’t bother mentioning it to them because based on all the other reviews, they don’t seem that interested in providing good customer service. Almost every time I try to visit the shop I find a cone has been placed to block the only disabled parking spot available in this shared parking lot for McDonald's and Persian food. The reason they block this parking spot is soda pallet jack for Persia food can come and go conveniently. It does not matter that the disabled are part from parking in a spot that is spacious enough for the wheelchair to go in and out of the vehicle. This is very selfish and uncivilized
