Horrible company. They could not fund the commercial deal for a colleague's client of mine. They had issues with their investors, it was a whole mess. I definitely suggest not to use this company at all. They wasted our time and I am very disappointed. Very unprofessional. If you are claiming to be a lender that is supposed to fund high dollar deals you need to have your ducks in a row. No excuses especially when what we give you is a clean file!
