I bought one of these chairs in November for over $4000.00, yes... $4000.00! After only 2 days the chair was sunken in the seat area and you can feel every piece of wood or metal that it is made from. It is obviously defective, so I call the store and was told a "technician" was going to come and look at it. They sent the same dilivery driver who dropped it off and they said that they are all like that. I went back to the store and asked for store credit, not a refund, so I could get a chair that you can actually sit on. I w... read more
