I bought one of these chairs in November for over $4000.00, yes... $4000.00! After only 2 days the chair was sunken in the seat area and you can feel every piece of wood or metal that it is made from. It is obviously defective, so I call the store and was told a "technician" was going to come and look at it. They sent the same dilivery driver who dropped it off and they said that they are all like that. I went back to the store and asked for store credit, not a refund, so I could get a chair that you can actually sit on. I w... read more
Second time we purchase recliners from here. They have stuff in stock, helpful service and reasonable prices.

Our power recliner stopped working. Went into the store in the morning and their service technician came to the house that afternoon and fixed the chair. Theresa was very helpful and took great care of us. Thank you.
