An incredibly frustrating experience dealing with this firm. I used their conveyancing services whilst working from the UK. Having bought and sold several properties across 3 Australian states I have never had a more frustrating experience. A phone discussion with the Director is the stuff of sitcoms - no level of customer service at all and he basically would not believe me when outlining a standard banking process. Don't use them.

Totally unsatisfactory, experience with this conveyancer was so bad, we switched to another company’s conveyancer two weeks before settlement.
Food ok. Loud and very crowded. Lovely staff though. Great value.
