Service from Perry Pro Tech/ Office Concepts is sub par. Our printer is on contract with them... a part went out taking printer down. We were without a printer for 2 weeks before their tech got it fixed. Now we are out of black ink (they supply ink/toner in the contract, we pay per print) and it's been 2 weeks. They said they'd ship black ink over two weeks ago and we're still waiting. So disappointing. Our locations with Canon printers/contracts have much better support. Would recommend Canon over Office Concepts.
In an attempt to redeploy one of our units we discovered our Fuser Unit had been removed for another one of our units. Discovering this took several attempts to reboot and clear error codes while Steve Shisler at Perry proTech and I were 2 states apart and not on a video chat. We all know that frustration but, Steve had the patience of a saint and I could not be more grateful. He was able to track down the events leading up to the missing Fuser Unit so we had closure on what happened and he got a new Fuser Unit to me the ver... read more
