David Perry took my case about a year ago had to serve 45 days for a quarter pound of weed been on probation ever cents put on for early termination last month judge finally denied it for whatever reason I do not know and now my lawyer won’t answer the phone this is a crook and got my $500 got me time in jail and was so unprofessional. He never sent me an invoice for the rest because he knows I shouldn’t have gotten jail time.
This guy did a trust for my dad and after he passed he left us hanging. He took the money to do the work but wouldn't help us when we needed him most. I recommend getting someone else. When someone dies and you need your attorney for guidance on what to do you expect and deserve a bit of help at least over the phone. He quit on us as soon as there was an issue and told us to get a different attorney! Bad News.
Dave Perry was available, affordable, and gave me some good advice every step of the way. I highly recommend him!
One of the worst representations appointed, David Perry insists on violating defendants' rights, keeping them misinformed/ uninformed, let's/ helps others ambush, intimidate, harass, threaten defendant, and infringe/ violate defendants' rights. Very unprofessional/ unethical. Completely ignored any contact, refused help/counsel to his appointment. If I could give less than 1 star, it would show. Someone like this has no right being in their position, and should have no business in deteriorating our constitution or our rights... read more
