Unpleasant and unprofessional experience with TJ Burton and Jimmy Arthur: Was told by TJ that Jimmy had to represent us because he showed us the house. We made an offer but we were never given paperwork. After days of no answer TJ said the seller countered. We accepted. Still no paperwork. We provided our pre- approval letter and he still wouldn’t give us a contract.
