Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company, let alone one handling something as important as a mortgage. This company is a complete joke. Unprofessional, disorganized, and if I could give them 0 stars I would. They never answer the phone, rarely return emails (if at all), and provide zero real communication. The whole refinance process took a little longer than what I would have liked. But overall it went as smooth as it could have. If I had to do anything mortgage related again I would not mind going with this company. Thanks PJM!
They called me yesterday about a mortgage and getting one. I call today and it hangs up on their end. Thanks for the anxiety now. Such a horrible company to work with if you have mental illnesses.
Paul Booth talk with me and my husband about week ago getting all information criteria to get a preapproval I have to call every day just to get an answer. I wanted to see were is status , no communication. I feel like moving forward. I’m not gonna trust this company. They’re very unorganized and very unprofessional.
