I don’t remember the name of the person I spoke with, but I don’t appreciate being questioned several times how did I hear about this company when 1) I’m a customer who had already verified my identity and 2) it’s public information. Yesterday I’d received a text message from one of these 704 numbers stating that my return was ready and it listed options of how I could proceed. I was referred to Perry G. Walker via a friend and had a great experience. I was told what to bring with me and was seen on time- that was important to me. My overall experience is a ten, the office was clean and Mr.Perry was friendly, professional with a touch of humor. I will return.
