I wished I could give 0 stars. Appointment scheduled with them showed up to my appointment even though I was extremely sick(had a mask), drove 45 minutes for no one to be there. I called and waited almost an hour. Message left and asked for them to call me back to reschedule and no call back, was not even given the courtesy of call back to apologize for their unprofessionalism. Noooooooooooooooooooooo….the IRS came after me and stated that this tax service is playing in the “gray area” of taxes…I owed thousands because of this! Be aware!
DO NOT GO HERE! I had an appointment and when I showed up the building was unlocked so I was sitting inside for 20 minutes with the lights off and no one inside. Everyone had left for the week due to someone testing positive for Covid. But they never called or notified me. Plus there building was unlocked with everyone’s info in there. I rescheduled and when I showed up to that appointment, the building is locked and no one is there. No one ever answers the phone ever or notifies you for anything!! These people are a joke!
Never can get hold of them! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE THEY SAID THEY SENT MY INFO TO IRS AND WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY NEVER SENT IT AND NOW THEY WONT CAll BACK OR FIX IT!
