DO NOT GO HERE! I had an appointment and when I showed up the building was unlocked so I was sitting inside for 20 minutes with the lights off and no one inside. Everyone had left for the week due to someone testing positive for Covid. But they never called or notified me. Plus there building was unlocked with everyone’s info in there. I rescheduled and when I showed up to that appointment, the building is locked and no one is there. No one ever answers the phone ever or notifies you for anything!! These people are a joke!
Never can get hold of them! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE THEY SAID THEY SENT MY INFO TO IRS AND WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY NEVER SENT IT AND NOW THEY WONT CAll BACK OR FIX IT!
Worst experience ever! I DO NOT RECOMMEND. No accountability to the customer, no paperwork given to show the work done, and please don't expect a call back nor email because that's not going to happen. I wish I didn't read the reviews and refer my husband here because he's having the hardest time ever with them and he goes online to find out where's his refund and nothing found, no processing nothing although it's been a month. These people are terrible and business practice just as worst 😡
Please beware... Most good reviews are 5 years or older and the newer ones are not for tax preparation, please do yourself a favor and don't do business with these people! You've been warned
