This firm had a major data breach. This breach happened in late 2017, but no affected clients were informed until after the breach began to cause issues; i.e. State & Federal Returns being submitted using previous years tax information. Social Security Numbers of Family, 1099 employees, etc were all accessed. Banking information of clients were stolen. I have had the worst luck with these people. I would not recommend them to anyone. They told me that I would have my return done in a few days and it took them 2 weeks. Also I had a amended return from 2014 that I needed to have done and he said he would have it done in a 1 or 2 weeks that was in the beginning of February it is now March and my amended return is still not done.
