It's been over a year and firm has not paid settlement to client. Mr. Eddie Lane and Mr. A. Montgomery have been looking into the matter for months and have been using the same excuse when they finally respond to emails or phone calls. According to Mr. Lane, he is unable to get ahold of James Perry, the owner. That was his excuse.
If I could give a stars with a negative value, I would. My lawyer, Eddie Lane has not responded to my ex partner and I for months, it's the only thing we agree upon. Paperwork signed and never filed for over a year, and no response from emails or text messages. The number listed doesn't even work. It hurts to have a disappointing lawyer after a disappointing marriage.
