We been bringing our son to Kindercare in Perris for almost 9 months, and we couldn’t be happier. Ms. Nydia has exceeded all our expectations, she is loving, caring, nurturing, trustworthy, and attentive. Seeing our sons smile every time he sees Ms. Nydia in the morning makes us feel at ease that we are leaving him in great hands. Thank you Kindercare and Ms. Nydia for all you do!
They don’t seem nice or professional over the phone I wouldn’t trust them with my children.
******Director Tara is so unprofessional and disrespectful!!!****** I just called Kinder Care in Perris on Nuevo Tara the director is extremely rude and unprofessional! She literally just told me all she cares about is “collecting her money.” I told her I’m a parent that has been trying to speak to you and she stated not no more. She was yelling at me on the phone I was calmly trying to speak to her then she hanged up on me. She didn’t care about what I was trying to speak to her about.
I have three small children at Perris Kindercare and the level of care and responsiveness is greatly appreciated. From the moment I toured the facility with Juanita, I was put at ease and felt the environment was a safe place with many involved instructors and caregivers. Be sure to download the super useful KinderCare app. The teachers upload all meal times, the day's activity and if supplied are needed. High would NOT recommend this place. You tend to try and force yourself to like it but it has been such a negative experience. The well being of my child triumphs the need to attend this center because it’s the closest and the schedule is convenient. A couple of the staff I’ve encountered with are ok ( and I literally mean 1 or 2) but literally all the others I’ve encountered with have not been great.
