Back in March 2020 I retained Mr. Sherman to make a simple adjustment to my co-parenting visitation. Instead, he sent a letter to my ex asking to relocate my son’s primary home. This started major problems between us. He then continued to push the idea of taking primary custody of my son. 6 months later still nothing had happened. Ruthless and Insensitive, Sherman is by far the most non-empathetic Family lawyer in Volusia County. Not to mention, the most selfish one. I suppose the selfishness and insensitivity goes hand-in-hand. I paid Sherman $750 in June to file and show up in court with me - in Sept- by the middle of August he was sending papers in the mail and having voicemails left on my phone stating that he needed another payment of $750.
