If I could give this company zero stars I would. Their customer service for us was terrible. Our school roller bag was purchased new. Within months the bottom was bowing and collapsing. This caused further damage to the wheels and eventually the bag was no longer able to be used as a roller bag. We were kindly issued with a replacement by our school uniform shop.
