I am extremely disappointed with the quality of your school bags and the inadequate support I have received. After my child’s Prem A Pleat bag exhibited excessive fading within one to two terms, I contacted your team, provided my receipt, and was issued a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement quickly showed the same fading issues. I find it very frustrating that the opening times are not correct on Google or the website, and I have mentioned it to staff face to face and in emails over a year ago and they are still wrong. Not sure why it’s not fixed Also been waiting over a week for my order. No response from email and of course when I call it’s closed since opening times are wrong.
