The B'nai B'rith Perlman camp opened in 1954 as Camp B'nai B'rith on the site of the former Camp Windsor. In 1977, with the opening of B'nai B'rith Beber Camp in Wisconsin, the camp was renamed in honor of Anita and Louis Perlman. The camp is operated on a nonprofit basis and serves boys and girls between the ages of seven and 17. Because it is an agency camp, its fees are below expensive private camps, yet its facilities and programs rival the finest private camps in the United States. Can't Imagine A Summer Anywhere Else I spent a few summers up here attending leadership institutes and leading others in leadership institutes. There were two sides of camp - one for BBYO and the other from Camp Perlman. This was a great environment to work in - and you can't imagine how many shooting stars you could spot. I miss the fresh air and the calming sounds you heard at camp.
