I’ve bought several suits from Perlis and each time, Bobby has rolled out the red carpet for me during the fitting process. He was attentive to what I wanted the suits to look like on me and picked suits that matched my preferences and patiently fitted them on me. Highly recommended. Decent prices too.
I went in today to purchase a $20 gift card for a workplace event. At the register, the cashier told me "You know you can't buy anything in here for $20." Being publicly called out for how much I chose to spend for a work gift was absolutely uncalled for, ESPECIALLY during this time of year. I'm incredibly embarrassed by this interaction, both for myself and the individual who made the comment. Maybe he'll be visited by some Christmas ghosts who teach him that poor folks deserve some holiday cheer too.
