The worst costumer service. We sent an old glider/rocking chair in for new cushions. After 3 months and almost $600 dollars later the cushions did not fit. We brought the chair to the store and told the owner to fix it. Ever since then it has been a complete nightmare. We walked in there today to get an update on the glider, (mind you it's been since April that we started this process) and the first thing the owner says to us is, "Well now my day is ruined". Brought in a BMW seat back with a torn seam on Tuesday evening, by Thursday morning it was good as new. Very impressed with the finished product and the quick completion of the project. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you!
I had a storage bench cover to replace. My great grandfather made it a long time ago. Chris offered several options for padding and had it finished the next day! It is beautiful! I also brought in a cushion from my reading chair. He was very helpful on material size for cushion. The firmness was perfect. There was a small area of wear that he patched that matched perfectly. It was finished the next day. I highly recommend Chris’ work and his knowledge of how to get the job done well. Thank you!
Small, owner-operated shop. If you have a little patience, and are willing to work together with Chris, you will be delighted. If you are in a rush, don’t bother stopping. But if you want beautiful results at a fare price, this is the place for you. Here are some examples of the work Chris has done for us.
The dog ripped up the couch trying to reach a treat that bounced under it. Chris did an amazing job repairing all the damage. Service was super fast and done at a good price. I am very happy!
