From the manager her name is Jammela and the rest of the staff are the most UNPROFESSIONAL customer service I have ever received " Dealing with Westlake financial services before, my account was transferred to these Peritus Portfolio Services....They're the worst......They keep your bank account information on file without your permission !! A bunches of RUDE people WHO work for this company......I don't think they should be in business " of customer service......Totally DISRESPECTFUL.
My loan company informed me my account was sold off. Never was warned or got any letter stating this. Called this new company and they just told me what my payments was and due date. I never got any paper work with the details about my account or anything. Went to dealership tried to trade my car in they told me they see nothing on my credit report with my name on it. Found out this company took my name off the title of my car and put it in their name. Called them and they said you have to get with your bank or dealership to... read more
Never got a letter or anything about them taking over my account.I was sitting at home one day and here comes the tow truck to pick up my vehicle called this company got a very rude guy on the phone called back the next day and got a rude lady she couldnt even give the information I needed to get my vehicle back none of this should have happened in the first place cause I never knew my account was sold
