I reached out to Perinton Tax based on the strong reviews to get an appointment to ask some questions about my taxes. Before I could even finish explaining what my basic questions were about, I was cutoff and told "I don't have time to talk to you" and was hung up on. Mind you, this appointment wouldn't have had to be more than 10 minutes for any qualified cpa to give guidance on. I was speechless on the complete lack of customer service.
