Dr Ivy helped relieve my shoulder pain within weeks. She gave me an action plan that I can continue using for months after treatment ended, which is super helpful in maintaining my results. I was able to continue bench pressing throughout treatment and actually hit a PR while I was in treatment. Thank you so much!

I just finished 8 sessions with Dr. Blaine and Dr. Ivy and it's made an incredible difference in my shoulder pain, lack of range of motion and strength. I completed one weekly PT session and used the app for home exercises twice a week in addition to strength training. My pain is reduced and I have almost complete range of motion. Highly recommend.
Saw Dr. Ivy for PT for shoulder pain and 3/4 through the 12 week course I’m virtually 100% better. I thought I’d need rotator cuff surgery that’s how bad the pain was. PT with Dr Ivy is like personal training on steroids! She is so thorough and knowledgeable about everything shoulder. Highly recommend not only for shoulder but any other injury or ailment needing PT. Thank goodness for Dr Ivy and Motion Rx!
