Dr. Blaine has been amazing in helping me rehab my Achilles while training for a marathon. His expertise, clear guidance, and supportive approach have made all the difference. The environment is super welcoming, and I always feel encouraged during every visit. Highly recommend!
Rehabbing now from patellar-femoral pain syndrome with Dr. Blain and he is extremely knowledgeable, motivational and personal! He has designed a one on one personal training program for me that is challenging yet easy to execute. I am so close to being 100 percent I can taste it! I was referred to Dr. Blaine and Motion RX back in July by my PT, after telling her about my tennis elbow not healing and the orthopedic specialist stating they couldn’t really do anything else, as the cortisone injection showed no relief - months prior.
