At PSP, we take a whole-body approach to Physical Therapy and Performance training—from addressing your pain and movement dysfunction to optimizing your performance. Worth every penny. Dr Blaine got me back on the mountains in 5 weeks! Wrecked my knee weeks before a major hiking trip. Ortho recommended PRP + 8 weeks of severely limited movement (minimal walking only & no pt or working out). Put my trust in Dr Blaine and 5 weeks later I was able to hike with my 70yr old father. Unbelievably grateful. I plan on continuing my time with Dr Blaine to work on old sports injuries and improve my entire body.

Professional I can not say this enough Dr.Blaine has a true passion for helping others, whatever scenario you give him he will try his absolute best to work out something with you. He gives the profession a good name, I did the running analysis and I left with a plan to tackle the problem with REALISTIC timeline according to my injury. I had a great experience with Dr. Blaine after dealing with a hip injury from running. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to understand what was going on. The exercises he gave me were spot-on and made a huge difference—I’m back to running again thanks to his help! The facility is also super clean and welcoming, which made each visit even better. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a skilled and caring physiotherapist!
I started seeing Dr. Blaine at the beginning of the year due to a back injury I sustained while exercising.
