Dr Blaine immediately diagnosed what was going on with my shoulder and elbow and started a recovery plan. Each week I feel improvement and feel better.
I love this place for anyone who wants to heal from an injury to preventing one in the first place. Every trainer I've worked with has been nothing but thorough, patient, and listened to everything I had to say even if I thought I sounded ridiculous. I've recommended anyone I know going through any tweak or questioning an injury, to go to this place.

I’ve had shoulder pain for years and tried to fix it previously. Got MRI & did PT but it don’t work long term. This experience has been different. I’ve seen improvements in my measurements and strength and am continuing to improve and be able to go back to gymnastics training!
I have (M 50yo) been working with Dr. Blaine for the past 3 months and it's made an incredible difference in my shoulder strength. A weekly PT session along with the at home exercises has drastically reduced my pain and incresed my recovery when I golf and play volleyball. Highly recommend.
