I saw Dr. Blaine for some shoulder discomfort/pain I had been experiencing for about a year. I looked up my symptoms with possible solutions on various AI platforms, but none of them were able to specify what/which muscles were weak, and what I could do to strengthen them. Dr. Blaine walked me through identifying which muscles were being implicated and gave me a recipe of how to strengthen and stabilize my shoulder muscles. Highly recommend.
Went here for about two months after finding them online and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, scheduling was easy, and everything felt really well run. Dr. Blaine was an awesome dude, he gave me a ton of helpful tips that really improved my shoulder and made a noticeable difference. Overall, solid place and I’d definitely recommend it if you need PT.
Ivy did a great job at helping me fix my shoulder. I am now able to pick my granddaughter up without issues! Would recommend to anyone.
Dr. Blaine and Dr. Hill were awesome and got me back and healthy for the end of my track season to get a pr. Thanks so much!
