Zulenny was absolutely amazing to work with! She gave me stellar customer service, really knew her stuff when it came to the products, and made the whole experience so fun with her kind and bubbly personality. I’ll definitely be sending my patients her way—she’s the best!
I don’t have a huge problem with the store except I bought two pairs of Hokas in 6 months. Wore both pairs equally over the course of those months. So basically wore each for 3 months. They are so worn out that my knees hurt when wearing them. I had to keep asking what I could do about it and finally one of the workers told me to return them to Hoka. I did and Hoka claims it’s normal wear and tear. Crazy that the store or Hoka would replace them or something!
Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.
