I will absolutely never go back to this store. The salespeople here push whatever shoes aren’t selling well onto customers who ask for help. Once you wear your shoes, you can’t return them. I got scammed for $160 this time, but never again. Next time, I’ll listen to suggestions from friends instead. Buyer beware.
Took my daughter in for some running shoes and we worked with Gene (from what i gathered he was from another store and was training a new employee). He was very knowledgeable and helped my daughter (teenage girl, with very picky taste in colors) through multiple pairs of shoes and insoles to find the perfect fit. My next pair of shoes i will be finding which store Gene is from and going to him!
I was looking for some support shoes since I’m on my feet now to 11 hours a day. Obviously, I could’ve taken the risk and went to Amazon, but I stopped by Performance running outfitters and I’m glad I did. They are extremely professional and friendly and Right shoe at a great price! Highly recommend if you’re looking for any type of athletic shoe.
