Excellent experience, if you’re going to spend money on shoes, they do a great job of helping you find exactly what will be comfortable for you. They even have a little test track you can use to take the new kicks for a spin!
I started running at the beginning of last year, but really am going full in this upcoming year. I went for a gait test to see if I had the right shoes since I was going based off reviews - Bryce was sooo helpful, especially being a long distance runner, he could speak to the questions I had with full knowledge and understanding. Great customer service!
Would give them 6 stars if I could. The staff are always extremely courteous and knowledgable, and care more about helping you find the right shoes than closing a sale.
I will absolutely never go back to this store. The salespeople here push whatever shoes aren’t selling well onto customers who ask for help. Once you wear your shoes, you can’t return them. I got scammed for $160 this time, but never again. Next time, I’ll listen to suggestions from friends instead. Buyer beware.
