High-level, efficient, personable care
I have, in the past and currently, gone to Performance Rehab for therapy on my shoulder(s). I have nothing but superlatives to say about the therapist and staff that I have encountered while there. My therapist, Tami, is a knowledgeable, kind, caring and professional person. Her goal, if possible, is to improve the mobility of my shoulder, build strength and reduce the pain from a variety of movements. I had an amazing experience with Jessica! As a former Division I athlete, I knew rehabbing my knee post ACL reconstruction was going to be a challenge. Jess always kept me on my toes with new exercises so things never got boring! She was constantly bringing new ideas and research to the table. She was truly invested in my recovery.
