It’s been very helpful visiting Performance Rehab. Corena has been extremely thorough at each of my sessions as well as being supportive and encouraging.
My regular visits for Physio treatment are always a great help for me to manage my health and movement. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Performance Rehab.
I've seen a few physios over the years due to various sporting injuries but my consult with Declan this morning is probably the most thorough and informative I've experienced. I was very impressed with his knowledge and providing detailed explanations of the issues - Even bringing up scans from past years and outlining the issues that even specialists hadn't provided. Nothing was rushed. You could tell he was deeply invested in solving the problem. Highly recommend.
