I came in due to some serious pain in my right arm and hand which was associated with compressed vertebrae. I was already scheduled for a fusion procedure, which I was eventually able to cancel. I have been in physical therapy for years at another place and performance plus is the only place that was actually able to fix my pain in my back and neck all the protein the office are so nice and the therapist I worked with Justin is the absolute best he was so professional and understanding in what I needed to heal but also what limitations I had when my body was in pain I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in need of physical therapy and pain relief 100 percent!

Was assigned to Performance Plus for physical therapy for my lower back pain and tightness in the neck. I had done PT before and wasn't super jazzed about it. This location and team members were amazing. Upon arrival I had Sam do the initial evaluation and I knew immediately she was incredible, attentive and caring. The sessions were once a week and the experience was wonderful. This is an awesome place to go for physical therapy. Everyone there has a great attitude. The young ladies at the desk, Myra and Sonja are both so helpful and kind. That’s where the great attitude starts, at the front door! And it only gets better. All of the Dr’s and their staff are so attentive and kind. But I have to give a special shout out to Dr Peter Chung. He has worked miracles with me! Between my surgeon and Dr Chung’s treatment, I have improved more than anyone had expected.
