Liz helped me through a lower back injury. I saw physio’s, the doctor, and other massage therapists but none worked on the problem except Liz. Liz has a great approach where the amount of time she spends with you is based on the injury, so if it only needs 30 mins, or if it needs 2 hours, that’s what you get. Very knowledgeable and able to offer advice for recovery. Thank you; I can move again.
