74 sessions, over 7 1/2 months, following a complete quadriceps tendon tear. Could barely hobble into the office the first time. Always felt as though I was special [I am not]. I was a dedicated runner/jogger before my accident [32 years, 58,000 miles] . My prognosis was that I could again run after 4-6 months of PT. CORRECT! 6 months after beginning PT, I did my first mile. My last session was yesterday & I'm running 3 miles each day.
