I started PT with Ahkeen after knee replacement surgery. I’m happy I chose ProActive in Elbridge! Ahkeen and the whole staff were great to work with. Never having gone to PT before, I had no idea what to expect. Ahkeen’s knowledge and experience was greatly appreciated as I learned so much about my knee and the whole recovery process ! All in all a great experience!!
Great experience with PROActive PT. I began with Mike and ended with Ahkeen and both were extremely helpful and positive in their thinking and approach to exercises to strengthen my core. Ahkeen even convinced me that I could get stronger. This has been a rewarding experience from day one and I will continue my progress with the home exercises given to me as well as the gym.
Ahkeen was fantastic. Very informative and thorough. With his direction, I was able to be rid of months of shoulder pain when other treatments did not help. PROActive has very easy scheduling and they take the time to take care of their patients.
