I wish I could leave 10 stars. I originally started coming here as a training and wellness exercise. I saw immediate improvement with the work that Todd and Colleen were doing with me. I recently had a knee injury and was able to have them work with me on physical therapy rehab of my injured knee. They are extremely capable, and I could not ask for a better experience.
I’ve been training with Lana for a few weeks now, and I can’t recommend her enough! She’s incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and tailors every session to my goals and fitness level. Lana has a great balance of pushing me to do my best while keeping the workouts fun and engaging. She’s also super attentive to form, which has helped me avoid injuries and see real progress. If you’re looking for a trainer who genuinely cares and delivers results, Lana is the one!
Larry and his team are amazing. I feel like I was a complex case and Larry was extremely patient with me. He was knowledgeable and cared about my journey and recovery. I highly recommend Performance Optimal Health!
