I would recommend this practice to anyone who is thinking about going. My therapist listened to me throughout my first visit and I listened to him. He did a thorough exam of my muscle strength and flexibility. Near the end of the visit we agreed upon our goals for therapy. I was impressed that my therapist recommended more protein in my diet in order to help my muscles function at their best whilst strengthening my back and other core muscles. Throughout my life, I've used the services of many physical therapy providers. Performance ranks right at the top of my list. Excellent therapist (Cesar) as well as front staff. Great results and being an older gentleman I'm probably going to be back in the future.
Tamara is an amazing Pilates instructor. I have had the privilege of working with her over the last several months. Her work ethic is incredible. She inspires me to push myself to attain my goals. While doing this, she always has a smile, and words of encouragement. Her attention to each movement ensures I get the maximum effort for my workouts. In the world of Pilates in Naples, she is truly a leader!
I wish I could leave 10 stars. I originally started coming here as a training and wellness exercise. I saw immediate improvement with the work that Todd and Colleen were doing with me. I recently had a knee injury and was able to have them work with me on physical therapy rehab of my injured knee. They are extremely capable, and I could not ask for a better experience.
